JUNE CAMPS
Musical Theatre Camp (Ages 8 - 18) June 11 - June 29, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM Tuition: $575
Our most popular camp every summer! For 3 weeks, campers spend Monday thru Friday in the 3 disciplines of musical theatre - dance, music, and acting in addition to rehearsing a full musical which will culminate in one of our main stage productions. Along with the daily basic skills work students will learn and grow attending separate workshops such as audition preparation, bringing songs to life, how to conquer your nerves and life in the business from professionals that are IN the business! This camp is for the serious singing actor. You will work with professionals from the local DFW stages as well as Broadway and Opera! Camp culminates in full productions of Hairspray (June 29 - July 8) and Sleeping Beauty (July 2 - 7), depending on your age group.
Disney Mania! (Ages 3 - 5 & 6 - 8) Session I: June 18—22 9:30am - 12:30pm
Session II: July 30—Aug. 3 1:30pm - 4:30pm Tuition: $165
Are you crazy about Disney? Then come join us for this fun-filled Disney themed camp. Students will work on their singing and dancing skills by creating a musical revue composed of their favorite Disney songs from Tangled, Beauty and the Beast, Hercules, Toy Story, and more! Camp will end in a showcase on the final day to be performed for family and friends.
A Very Harry Potter Musical Camp (Ages 7 to 18) SESSION I: June 18 - 22 1:30pm - 4:30pm SESSION II: July 23 - 27 1:30pm - 4:30pm Tuition: $165 Come be a part of the Wizarding World of Harry Potter! Join Harry, Ron, Hermoine, and all your favorite characters as we recreate scenes from the popular book and movie series. While learning the basics of acting technique, the students will work to put together their own mini Harry Potter movie which they direct, film, and star in themselves!
Acting for Stage and Screen (Ages 8 to 18) SESSION I: June 18 - 21 6:00pm - 9:30pm
SESSION II: July 16 - 19 6:00pm - 9:30pm

In this intensive 4 day camp, students learn from a professional how to use their own unique qualities to act. Learn from a working television actor techniques for both stage and screen. Students begin to develop a self-confidence the stays with them PLUS have fun!
One of Ohlook’s most popular camps is back by popular demand! Young performers will learn the basics of story-telling and performing by reading and acting out classic fairytales throughout the week, and by writing their own fairytale to be performed for parents on the last day of class.
Make a Movie (Ages 8 to 18) SESSION I: June 25 — 29 1:30pm - 4:30pm SESSION II: July 30 — Aug. 3 1:30pm - 4:30pm Tuition: $195
Students will write a script, produce, direct, film, and star in a movie in our exciting 1 week camp! Beginning the first day campers will create a story, develop characters, design sets, even work on costumes and make-up. They will then get a crash course in camera work and filming techniques using digital video equipment. Putting all the skills together, students Make a Movie! Each participant receives a finished copy of the film.
Princess and Pirate Camp (Ages 3 - 5 & 6 - 8) SESSION I : July 2 - 6 9:30am - 12:30pm SESSION II: July 16 - 20 9:30am - 12:30pm Tuition: $165
Calling all fair maidens and swash-buckling pirates! The two classic characters will join forces for this new camp! The week will have something for everyone; while the pirates are acting out an exciting adventure on the high seas, the princesses will dress up in gowns and attend the ball. Class will culminate in a final performance on the last day of camp.
Musical Video Superstar (Ages 8 - 18) July 2 - 6, 9:30am - 12:30pm Tuition: $175
So you wanna be a superstar?? If you love to sing and dance and want to create your own video for fun or to send to agents, this is the class for you! Workshops in singing, dance and production fill out this fun class. All participants receive a copy of their performance.

Show Choir can be tons of fun as we all know from watching the hit TV Show "Glee"! Now Ohlook puts it's own spin on the show choir camp! Special care is taken to work on proper singing technique and vocal production in a non-threatening environment. So come join us and sing and dance the week away!

The Play is the Thing - Straight Play Camp
(Ages 8 to 18 ) July 9 —201:30pm—4:30pm Tuition: $275
Want to be in a production this summer but don’t have time to devote to one of the big productions or camps? Then join us for one of our mini-versions! Full of everything our full productions have just in smaller doses and at warp speed! Straight play camp is just what it sounds like - acting straight-up - no singing. This camp is designed for experienced actors because of the pace, but all hard working actors are welcome! The camp also includes workshops in stage-combat, technical theatre and movement. Camps will culminate in a performance for the public on the last day!!
PINKALICIOUS CAMP (Ages 3 - 5 & 6 - 8) SESSION I: July 9 - 13 9:30am—12:30pm SESSION II: July 30 - Aug. 3 9:30am - 12:30pm Tuition: $165
Do you love the color pink? Then come join us for a pinkatastic week full of activities based on the popular children’s book! Students will make their own Pinkalicious costumes, decorate pink cupcakes, and read and act out all the books in the series. In addition to a performance for parents on the last day of camp, the students will attend a weekday performance of Pinkalicious: the musical presented as part of Ohlook’s Morning Series. They will also have a special meet and greet with their favorite characters following the performance!
SUMMER DANCE (Ages 10 & up) SESSION I: July 9 - July 13 1:30pm - 4:30pm (emphasis in Hip Hop this session) SESSION II: July 16 - 20 9:30am - 12:30pm (emphasis in Musical Theatre) Tuition: $165 (special price for 2 week camp participation)

This new, all day camp is inspired by the hit television show SMASH. Students enrolled in this fast paced camp will work to create their own musical. They will use their imaginations while working on their writing, singing, and acting skills to develop the script, songs, costumes, and set for an exciting new musical to be performed at Ohlook.
Dr. Seuss Camp(Ages 3 -5 & 6 - 8) July 23 - 27 9:30am - 12:30pm Tuition: $165
Come explore the land of The Lorax, Whos, and The Cat in the Hat! In this camp students will work on acting, singing, and dancing skills by learning songs from the Seuss-themed musical, Seussical, as well as working to adapt a popular Dr. Seuss story into a play to be performed for friends and family during the Green Eggs and Ham Breakfast Party on the last day of camp, where their work and creations from the week will be showcased!
